Our "Naked" Chardonnay is unoaked so if you like a wine more like a “Pinot Grigio” then our "naked Chard" is perfect. Chardonnay's can be tricky because this single grape offers a variety of flavors in addition to the differences that winemaking (oak vs. no oak; maloactic fermentation (MLF) versus no MLF); and ripeness.
